1. All Sales Are Final

The Clipping System is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to use the product, or dissatisfaction with results.

2. No Guarantee of Results

The Clipping System provides tools, workflows, and automation infrastructure. Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend entirely on the buyer's own content quality, consistency of use, platform algorithms, and individual effort. Jano Prestige Flow makes no representations or warranties about income, growth, views, or any measurable outcome.

3. Personal, Non-Transferable License

Upon purchase you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Clipping System for your own personal or business content production. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, gift, or otherwise transfer the files or any portion of them to any third party. Each additional user requires a separate purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability

Jano Prestige Flow, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of The Clipping System. This includes, without limitation, data loss, system damage, lost revenue, business interruption, or any other commercial loss.

Your use of this product is entirely at your own risk.

5. System Compatibility

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring their hardware, operating system, and software environment meets the minimum requirements for The Clipping System. Jano Prestige Flow provides setup documentation but does not guarantee compatibility with every configuration. Requirements include Python 3.10+, FFmpeg, Ollama, n8n, and a minimum of 8GB RAM.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase through our checkout provider (Whop), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms are effective upon purchase and apply to all future use of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
